All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of pricing errors, stock discrepancies or suspected misuse of the platform.
5. Payment
Payment methods are displayed during checkout.
Orders will be processed after successful payment approval or according to agreed payment terms.
6. Shipping
Orders are generally dispatched within 1-2 business days from our warehouse in the Netherlands.

10. Limitation of Liability
Oakley Horseboxes Benelux B.V. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or resale of products purchased through this portal.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in The Netherlands.
